Garry L. Davis

garryMr. Garry L. Davis was born in 1973 in Houston, Texas, and has spent most of his life in the Lone Star State. After graduating from Humble High School in 1991, he spent one year at Brigham Young University. He then spent two years serving a church mission in Okinawa, Japan, before returning to Brigham Young to complete a Bachelor of Arts degree in Japanese. Three years later, he graduated from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law with his Juris Doctorate and became licensed by the State Bar of Texas November 1, 2000.

Since that time, Mr. Davis has focused exclusively on practicing Immigration and Nationality Law. If you need Family Law, Criminal Law, Business Associations Law, Personal Injury Law or any other type of legal counsel, you will have to look elsewhere. But if you have questions relating to any US Immigration issues, you will be hard pressed to find a more competent and experienced practitioner to serve you.

Mr. Davis has successfully represented clients in removal or deportation proceedings; nonimmigrant visa petitions, such as professional workers, intercompany transfers, religious workers, investors, international traders, and extraordinary ability; immigrant visa petitions, such as marriage and other family relations cases, multinational managers and executives, national interest waivers, outstanding professors and researchers, labor certification, and special immigrants, such as religious workers and victims of abuse; federal court proceedings, such as writs of mandamus and writs of habeas corpus; political asylum and withholding of removal; and appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals. Mr. Davis is also highly experienced in counseling immigrants and criminal defense attorneys about the immigration consequences of criminal activity.
